We’ve scoured heaven and earth to source the very finest produce that our country has to offer. From our aromatic cheese straight from Somerset to our freshly baked bread from our neighbour in South London, sourcing the very best ingredients is how we make our food tastes great!
Being in the food business and making a mountain of sandwiches a day, sustainability is right at the top of our priority list when it comes to sourcing produce and minimising waste. So we’re naturally part of the Soil Association and put all our farmers and producers through their paces when it comes to quality and sustainability. Our number one priority is to produce safe, quality food, and are committed to working to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and holding an AA+ grade.
