At Simply Lunch, we care about our people. People are at the heart of our business, from hand-crafting the perfect sandwich to delivering packed lunches directly to customers, people are guiding and influencing our high standards across the business.

This is why we want to develop and support all of our people across the business, as individuals, colleagues and teams. From this idea, we have developed our ‘Simply Lunch Academy’ where we learn together, teach each other and develop ourselves. Through our Academy, we have already hosted workshops such as Nutritional Advice from a Harley Street specialist for our colleagues alongside hosting internal workshops where we share knowledge and best practice and learn from each other. We hope to keep learning and developing ourselves into the future to ensure we have the best team now and always.
